DO NOT USE GLUE ON ANY TRANSPARENT ACRYLIC
Shells are laser cut, 3mm black MDF and will slot together using very little force. I always recommend a dry run without using any adhesive to ensure you place all the panels in the correct place. Never use glue on acrylic, they do not need to be glued into place.
Marquee Artwork
Before placing the clear acrylic marquee, it is important that you cut your marquee artwork to size and place between the two pieces. You do not need to remove the protective plastic from the rear piece of acrylic. Leaving the protective film in place will help diffuse the light and provide a better distribution of the LED light across the marquee artwork.
When assembling the shell It is recommend to glue the side panel holding tabs in place first.
Before you glue the whole shell together, it is recommended you try slotting all the panels together without glue, to ensure they are in the correct place.
Pay careful attention to the orientation of the base panel and port panel
